Expedited Refund pleasant, always willing to help!!!!!!! I returned a dress and the refund was expedited very quickly once the dress was received. I ordered stuff online and when the items arrived there were horrible like they were made by a learner dressmaker I was very disappointed by the quality of items I’ve ordered. One dress arrived with a broken zipper, and all my items were drenched with a nasty smell that my mom commented that maybe rats pissed on the box while it was in the warehouse. Another dress that looked pretty on the website looked like a costume and it gave me a severe skin reaction The quality is very poor. I received items that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I want to return this dress Tried to contact them by email but got no reply i was looking for the customer service number I went on the internet started doing my research and finally, I found this number which was +1-three one two four eight eight one zero nine 6- i called that number when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that I returned garbage to the company and got my penny back from them Especially to customer service for helping me with my query. Much appreciated. No hassles.Thanks so much

Great experience with Beatrice in your Mays Landing store in Hamilton Commons. Beatrice was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Store was very busy right before Christmas she stopped what she was doing to help me find the right product i was looking for!! An asset to your company!! Also Jason who helps me when in store!

I purchased a 16 piece set of of Elama Moon Blue dish ware. I absolutely love it. The color and texture are wonderful. Its seems very sturdy and makes for a beautiful place settings. I highly recommend this product.

I recently had a very minor issue at The Bed Bath & Beyond at 2045 Dixwell Avenue Hamden, Connecticut. I was contacted by telephone by the store's Manager - Jill.

Jill was extremely helpful, incredibly understanding, genuinely polite and an absolute joy to deal with!!

She has such an understanding of the Customer Service industry and takes such pride and commitment in the operation of her store in Hamden, Connecticut.

Despite the fact some of the customer service and quality has gone down hill this is still the best place to purchase home goods from. I tend to avoid ordering online as I've not had the best experience but in store is excellent. This is the only place I'll purchase several of my home goods from due to the better quality. Prices a a bit high but that's normal for price inflation. Would recommend.

This is one of the go to place when I need something stylish for my home. Their collection is huge, and the prices are reasonable.

I recommend the upper east side branch, the employees are friendly, they do not avoid assisting the clients, it is easy to get their help, I recently visited the branch and received Linda's help on the second floor, I needed a small pad for my iron board , she was very diligent , friendly, found the item and send to home, also the place is spotless, clean and with excellent light. In addition to buying you enjoy an atmosphere of relaxation.

Overall my experience has been positive and satisfied with customer service at Bed bath and Beyond and will shop again.

Bathe and Beyond designed and supplied all the toilets, sinks, bath, shower fittings, screens and tiles for our new house. This consisted of a downstairs cloakroom, family bathroom and en suite. As we were building the house it was important that it went smoothly and Sheanaz oversaw this for us and was fantastic- always on the end of the phone if we needed her for advice or updates. She designed all 3 rooms off of the plans for house and keep us up to date with everything- supplying 4D drawings and changing things as the design of the rooms changed through the build. We are loving the bathrooms and they get many compliments. We would highly recommend all at Bathe and Byond and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
