I’ll give them credit here, the sale emails were useful and not a total headache like most promo emails end up being. And when I finally got tired of seeing them in my inbox, unsubscribing was quick and didn’t turn into some annoying 10-step ordeal. Wish more companies made it that simple.

I used Bed Bath & Beyond for my wedding registry, and overall it was okay. Adding items was simple, which was a relief, but the site felt a little clunky at times. Some pages loaded slowly, and a few things showed up as out of stock after I’d already added them, so I kept second-guessing whether everything was actually working the way it should. A couple of guests also mentioned that checkout was kind of confusing. In the end, it got the job done, but I definitely would’ve appreciated a smoother process and a little more confidence that everything was set up correctly.
