" This Store Has a Large Selection of Items With Affordable Prices. "
<p>Bed Bath & Beyond is known for its highest-rated retail experience and excellent customer service in the US. The goods I've visited are always well-stocked and clean and the prices are either very competitive or a "steal". 💵 💵 💵 This retail store can always offer the best prices for some items I was seeking to buy. T love Bed Bath & Beyond’s towels and giant pillows, and my friend ordered furniture and she is satisfied with the quality. 💓💓💓 What more can a consumer ask for? <br></p>

" Bad news... "
Went online to buy a vacuum, and saw a great price. Was offered a huge discount if I provided my email address for "future offers" so I bit. Went back to buy the vacuum and the price suddenly went up 30% - totally wiping out the discount. Not only that, I immediately started receiving more than 20 junk emails every day. My wife USED to shop there a lot.....I spent my $300 on Amazon.

" They will not let you cancel an order FRAUD "
Bed Bath and Beyond claims to offer several ways to cancel an order when you change your mind. All of them are fraudulent and none work.

Chat: Doesn't work
Phone: Won't pick up

Cool Down Period: Doesn't Exist

They haven't shipped my order yet, but instead of allowing me to cancel, they say "we cannot cancel and order that has already shipped."

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS, AND BE INVESTIGATED FOR INTERSTATE COMMERCE FRAUD.

" I went to Bed Bath and Beyond "
I went to Bed Bath and Beyond, today to return a bedspread. I had my Mastercard receipt showing I had purchased it earlier today. Ally would not let me return it without a scan of my DRIVERS LICENCE! Are you kidding me? I said I didn't want it in their computer! I paid in full with my Credit card. She said if I hadn't given her my DRIVERS License, I couldn't get a refund.

" poor customer service "
I purchased a Beyond+ membership in February 2019. By-and-large the membership was worth the expense. The problems that I experienced had to do with two on-line orders that I placed in December 2019. In both cases BBB failed to execute the orders and failed to notify me that neither product was on-hand. It took well over a month and multiple phone calls to process and receive a refund for one product and I await a refund for the other. It’s been two month. Lots of promises from customer service but actions speak louder than words. I did not renew my Beyond+ membership.

I purchased a wall mirror and it arrived broken and shattered. I contacted Bed Bath & Beyond and they said that I had to dispose of the broken mirror myself! My options were to either put in the trash, (where its too large to fit incidentally) arrange for UPS to get it or take it to a rubbish disposal site!!
They were in NO WAY helpful in this regard even though it was THEIR mistake in the first place. DO NOT buy from them as they are rude and unhelpful & will not make up for any mistakes they made - they make you suffer more.

" Amazing service and attention to detail"
Bathe and Beyond designed and supplied all the toilets, sinks, bath, shower fittings, screens and tiles for our new house. This consisted of a downstairs cloakroom, family bathroom and en suite. As we were building the house it was important that it went smoothly and Sheanaz oversaw this for us and was fantastic- always on the end of the phone if we needed her for advice or updates. She designed all 3 rooms off of the plans for house and keep us up to date with everything- supplying 4D drawings and changing things as the design of the rooms changed through the build. We are loving the bathrooms and they get many compliments. We would highly recommend all at Bathe and Byond and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

" Ugly behaviour and a horrible experience "
I live in one of the newly-built high-rises in Metrotown, Burnaby, just next to the Burnaby branch of Bed Bath & Beyond. Today, I visited the store to ask for moving boxes. I was asked by one of the staff to follow her in the supply area to see if there is any boxes available. I was talking to two other staff in the area that suddenly a senior man entered, and in the most OFFENSIVE way asked me to get out, although he saw I was talking with another staff. I even described that I am here with a permission of another staff. This is the most uncomfortable behaviour I have ever experienced in Canada so far. It is very difficult for me to interpret this behaviour as anything but racism. I told the man that his behaviour is "ugly". Could he not ask me to leave in a politely manner? Why should he interrupt my conversation once he enters the room, in an extremely impolite approach. Did I look like a theft, in his eyes, right away?! I called the customer service and reported their staff's behaviour. Never ever am I going to enter this shop again.

" uncomfortable situation "
Me and my daughter were followed and stared at as we shopped in baby in Lafayette LA. The lady came on every aisle we went and just looked at us. This AFTER asking us a bunch of times if she could help us and us telling her no we were fine. It was A very uncomfortable situation to shop like that so I decided to leave and purchase only $180 worth of stuff. Your loss bed bath and beyond because I’m a big shopper. Wanted lots more for my granddaughters. Thanks for making my shopping experience uncomfortable.

I've been to Homeware stores all around the world, and I came to the Papanui location this morning for the first time. (17/02/20)

I would like to let you know that I received exceptional customer service from Karen Robertson!!! She helped me find the perfect terrarium out of 10 boxes in the store.

" SCAM rewards "
Bed Bath and Beyond $20 reward certificate when you apply for credit card online is a total SCAM!!!!! You only get the $20 reward certificate when you place the order the same day with said new credit card, which you DO NOT HAVE yet because you have to wait for it to arrive in the mail. You DO NOT get a credit card number to use in the meantime. You get an approval email but it has ZERO information on how you can possibly use your new card that same day without physically having it yet. When you call customer service to ask how you can possibly make your same day purchase on your new card without having your new card yet, they tell you that a screen popped up really fast with your new credit card number and then quickly went away and there is NO way to retrieve it again and tough luck because you can never apply that $20 reward certificate again. WHAT?!?!?!?! Are you for real Bed Bath and Beyond?!?! Have you EVER had a customer be able to gather a long credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit security code off a screen that pops up really fast and then disappears within seconds??? FYI, I NEVER saw such a screen pop up anyway but that's what they tell you happens. And then you are out of luck for using your $20 reward certificate. Is this just how you lure customers in to get the credit card and then quickly snatch it away from them once they bite the bait?? Unbelievable!

" Do not allow critical reviews of their customer service "
On January 25, I ordered two sets of dinnerware that I thought would compliment one another. They are the same pattern, one blue, one white. The blue set arrived intact but the white set had a broken dinner plate and a broken salad plate. I emailed customer service on January 29, the day that they arrived and asked if I needed to return the entire set for replacement or, just the two broken pieces. I received an auto response saying that they would contact me within 48 hours. When I hadn't heard from them by February 1, I emailed again and received the same auto response, but no one contacted me. Yesterday, February 8, I left two reviews- one positive for the blue set and a less positive one about the white set with the broken dishes. They published the positive review right away, but today, I received an email asking me to resubmit my review on the white set. They highlighted a part of my review in their email to me so I assume it was the part they had a problem with. (Please see photos.)

FRAUD. They steal your money, refuse to refund it, and block all communications. They are a company about to go out of business, but before they do, their CEO needs to be put in jail for interstate commerce FRAUD.
